Sample output: Approval Queue

This fictional example shows the article workflow when a customer chooses review mode.

Fictional example. It shows the format and does not describe a customer or measured result.

What you can do with each draft

In review mode, the article and its WordPress destination stay unpublished until the customer approves that exact version.

  • Approve: mark the draft ready for its stated next step.
  • Edit: adjust copy before approval.
  • Reject: remove it from review.
  • Copy: move text into another tool.
  • Export: download the draft.
  • Schedule: set a future review time; only a separately approved article can receive a direct WordPress publish window.
Review status

Review-mode drafts stay unpublished until the customer reviews them.

  • Every item starts as a draft.
  • In review mode, AI Promo Services publishes an article only after you review the finished article and approve its WordPress destination. With automatic publishing, it can publish articles that follow your saved brand profile, topic rules, and publishing connection until you switch modes. Reddit replies, direct outreach, homepage changes, FAQs, and metadata keep their own approval step. Momentum Network has its own setting: after you turn it on, it can maintain only the relevant references it adds to the articles you selected. You can pause or turn it off anytime.
  • Other promotional actions require your approval and either a supported connection or clear instructions for you to complete the action.
  • Missing setup is shown clearly.

Inspect the format before running your own report.

Customer reports use the submitted website and the evidence available to the check. Review-mode examples label the approval step explicitly.
