Cookie Policy

This policy explains how AI Promo Services uses cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, analytics tags, and similar technologies on the public website and dashboard.

Technologies we use

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage are browser features that let a site remember state on your device. Pixels, tags, and analytics scripts help measure page views, events, performance, and product usage.

AI Promo Services uses these technologies for necessary service functions, analytics, product improvement, fraud prevention, security, preferences, and diagnostics.

Essential sign-in, checkout, security, and audit-intake storage can operate without analytics consent. Google Analytics, the anonymous first-party collector, and dashboard PostHog analytics do not collect analytics until you choose Allow analytics.

Categories of cookies and storage

Essential technologies support login, account sessions, onboarding state, security, routing, fraud prevention, and payment or checkout flows. Disabling them may break the service.

Analytics and performance technologies help us understand visits, feature usage, product flows, errors, and performance. After you allow analytics, the public site may use Google Analytics and an anonymous first-party collector. The dashboard may use PostHog product analytics and performance tools.

Google Analytics receives a page location without the query string. The anonymous first-party collector records privacy-filtered page and service-interaction events without identifying users by email. Public measurement events omit submitted business names, full website URLs, lead IDs, and email hashes. Dashboard account identity is one-way hashed before analytics identification.

Preference technologies may remember choices such as onboarding state, selected workspace context, dismissed notices, or other product settings.

  • Essential: authentication, security, checkout, routing, and service operation.
  • Analytics: page views, feature events, performance, and diagnostics.
  • Preferences: remembered product choices and local interface state.
  • Third-party: providers such as authentication, analytics, hosting, payment, and connected integrations may set or read their own technologies.

How to control cookies

Use the Privacy choices control on the site to allow or deny non-essential browser analytics. You can change that choice later. Denying analytics does not disable essential sign-in, checkout, security, or audit-intake storage.

You can also block or delete cookies and storage through your browser settings. Browser controls vary by device and browser, and blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in, checkout, onboarding, or dashboard features from working. If you disconnect an integration, that stops future authorized pulls from that integration but may not delete records already created in AI Promo Services.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

AI Promo Services treats Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control as a browser-analytics opt-out. When either signal is enabled, the consent controller does not start Google Analytics, the anonymous first-party collector, or dashboard PostHog analytics.

We do not currently sell personal information or knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and continue to honor legally required signals.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy as providers, product features, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
