Using the service

AI Promo Services helps business users review public websites, use connected accounts, prepare recommendations and drafts, organize work for review, and track its status.

You are responsible for the information you submit, the sources you connect, the permissions you grant, the people you invite, and the public actions you approve or take from generated drafts and recommendations. You must have the rights and authority needed to submit content, connect accounts, and use the service for each business or project.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about unauthorized access.

AI Promo Services may be offered as early-access, beta, limited-availability, paid, comped, trial, or invite-only software. Features, limits, providers, prices, and availability may change as the product develops.

Human approval and public actions

AI Promo Services prepares marketing work and acts only within the permissions you approve for the work family and destination. Article publishing, Daily Social, website changes, and other supported actions have separate controls. A connection alone does not authorize publication. You may review work individually or grant supported standing authority, and you can pause or revoke that authority.

You are responsible for reviewing generated recommendations and drafts before relying on them. You decide whether each draft or recommendation is accurate, lawful, right for your brand, and suitable for publication.

Turning on Momentum Network

Momentum Network is optional. An account owner or administrator turns it on for one property. It begins with eligible articles AI Promo Services created for that property, and the customer can add selected older articles separately. The saved list names the exact article URLs or IDs the network may use; it does not permit changes elsewhere on the site.

While the network is on, AI Promo Services may add, repair, and remove relevant references on those selected articles without asking about each link. Every managed reference must include the visible relationship disclosure "Contextual reference provided through the Momentum Network." and use rel="sponsored nofollow".

At most one active Momentum Network reference may appear in an eligible article. Placements may not exceed the current eligible-article percentage ceiling shown in the dashboard, which begins at 20 percent and never exceeds 50 percent. The per-article and percentage ceilings are maximum limits, not placement promises. AI Promo Services does not guarantee any reference, ranking, traffic, domain authority, link credit, AI citation, conversion, or revenue outcome.

Pausing Momentum Network participation freezes new insertions, repairs, and removals and leaves existing managed references in place. A pause is not a revocation.

Revoking participation, or adding article, URL, or topic exclusions, starts removal of affected references identified by markers inserted and owned by AI Promo Services (AI Promo Services-owned markers). Cleanup is not reported complete until AI Promo Services checks the live article and confirms that the reference is gone. You remain responsible for your website, content, permissions, ownership or other rights to publish and link, platform compliance, and the consequences of participating.

AI output and no professional advice

The service may generate recommendations, drafts, summaries, scores, and other outputs using quick checks, public website information, connected account data, and AI model providers. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

AI Promo Services does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Marketing, SEO, app-store, social, and business recommendations are informational and should be reviewed by qualified professionals when needed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break laws, violate platform rules, infringe rights, send spam, scrape or process data without authority, harass people, mislead users, publish deceptive claims, submit malware, bypass security, overload systems, or attempt to reverse engineer non-public parts of the service.

You may not submit highly sensitive personal information, secrets, passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or regulated data unless we expressly support that use and you have written authority to provide it.

Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

AI Promo Services subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another stated payment provider. Prices, taxes, renewal dates, plan limits, and checkout terms are shown before purchase and in the dashboard.

The public AI visibility audit is free and creates no payment, plan credit, or subscription.

Finish setup, choose monthly or annual billing, and provide the required payment method. Your 72-hour trial starts when you explicitly start it, with $0 due; cancel before it ends to avoid a charge.

The first eligible base-plan payment for a new customer or organization is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support@aipromoservices.com within 30 days of that successful payment and explain the reason for your request. AI Promo Services may review the account and service provided and attempt to resolve a correctable concern before deciding the request. The guarantee is generally limited to one eligible refund per customer or organization.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the guarantee excludes renewal payments, additional-property charges, add-ons, fraudulent or abusive accounts, Terms violations, and requests made primarily to obtain work without paying for it. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and recorded complete only after Stripe confirms them. Existing customers retain materially different pricing, guarantees, and other commercial terms previously committed to them; new terms apply prospectively unless otherwise agreed.

Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with service access retained through that date. Unused paid time is not routinely refunded. A marketing pause does not stop billing or extend the subscription period. Approved refunds, billing corrections, legal rights, and previously committed customer terms remain applicable.

Customer content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content, business information, connected-source data, and materials you submit. You grant LLM Research Labs LLC a limited license to host, process, display, analyze, transform, and create outputs from that material as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

LLM Research Labs LLC owns AI Promo Services, including its software, workflows, designs, templates, documentation, names, logos, and non-customer content. You may not copy or resell the service except as expressly allowed.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers such as hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, AI models, payment processors, email, logging, and integrations you connect. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, platform policy changes, outages, rejected posts, API limits, payment-provider decisions, search-engine ranking changes, or integration data that is unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM Research Labs LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM Research Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, platform penalties, or marketing results. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, or uses the service in a way that could harm users, platforms, the service, or others.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.
