Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company or project name, website URL, app or store links, business profile details, onboarding answers, support messages, draft content, approval decisions, and account settings.

When you connect a source or authorize an integration, we may process information from that source, such as search, analytics, app-store, website, publishing, email, social, ecommerce, or local-business data. The exact data depends on what you connect and the permissions you grant.

We also collect technical and usage information, such as device and browser details, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, log data, authentication events, product actions, and error or performance data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

• Account and contact identifiers.
• Business, website, app, store, social, and competitor information submitted for analysis.
• Connected-source data authorized by the account owner.
• Product usage, logs, analytics, security, and billing records.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate AI Promo Services, including public scans, growth audits, weekly briefs, connected account checks, draft generation, work review, billing, support, security, abuse prevention, debugging, and product improvement.

AI Promo Services may use AI model providers and other service providers to process submitted business context, public website information, connected account data, and draft requests so the service can prepare recommendations and drafts you can review. Do not submit passwords, secrets, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive data unless the service explicitly asks for it and you have the right to provide it.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the product, understand feature usage, and explain product performance. We do not use customer account data to target third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, database, analytics, logging, payments, customer support, email, AI model providers, and security tools. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

We may share information with third-party integrations at your direction, for example when you connect analytics, search, publishing, social, app-store, or payment services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not knowingly sell personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The website and dashboard use cookies, local storage, similar browser technologies, and analytics tools for sign-in, security, preferences, performance, product analytics, and measurement. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Some browsers offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, those signals do not change that processing today. We will honor legally required opt-out signals if our practices require it.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, improve security, and enforce agreements. Some logs, billing records, audit trails, approval records, and backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion requests.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or cloud service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their accounts and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can make a request by contacting support@aipromoservices.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

You can control browser cookies through your browser settings. You can disconnect integrations in the dashboard where supported. You can also unsubscribe from non-transactional emails if email delivery is enabled.

Children and international users

AI Promo Services is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The service is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced in the dashboard or by other reasonable means.
